Availability of the restaurant online
In case the delivery locality is not covered within the delivery region orders cannot be placed, However you can call up the restaurant directly to check if something can be arranged for the same.
Delivery address submitted should clearly mention the house/apartment/society name/number, road/lane - name/number, floor number in case of apartment or office, near by land mark, however restaurant team might call back to get a proper clarity on the address or order so, kindly share contact number.
Minimum order value for delivery may change as per the distance of the delivery location, Baowich reserves all rights regarding any such decision and modification.
Menu
The menu is displayed as per the availability of the menu items in the mapped restaurant.
In case menu items are not listed in the menu page, the particular restaurant does not carry those items in the menu, or has temporarily marked it as unavailable.
In-case of non-availability of ordered product at the mapped restaurant, the order would not be executed. same would be informed by the restaurant near you.
Modify/Cancel Online Orders
Online Orders Cannot be modified
Cancellation of order is only allowed till 60 seconds of order placement
Cancellation will be free if order is not delivered after till 60 mins for regular days and 90 mins during festivals ( New Year, Diwali, Christmas, Ganesh Charturthi, Durga Pooja etc.)
You can get order status by calling the restaurant directly or through WhatsApp.
In case the order which is paid through digital payment method is cancelled due to non-availability of the ordered product at the restaurant, the amount will be returned by reversing the transaction by Baowich restaurant. This refund will be returned to the actual source within 5-7 working days. However Baowich is not responsible for any delay on the bank side.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges shall be applicable to all orders.
The delivery charge will be applicable on per invoice/bill in case of multiple orders.
Delivery charges are inclusive of taxes.
Delivery of orders shall be subject to availability of stock.
Baowich reserves the right to modify the Delivery Charges without prior notice.
The decision of Baowich, in case of any dispute or interpretation of any term, shall be final.
All disputes are subject to Goa jurisdiction only.

Order Dispute/Refund/Replacement
In case of any dispute regarding delivered order (example: missing item/ damaged product/ poor taste etc.) you can reach us directly by email: guest.care@baowich.in or by phone call to our official number.
You may be asked to submit product photos for better understanding of the issue/concern/complaint by Baowich.
Baowich reserves all rights regarding the final decision related to the concern raised by you regarding your order, i.e whether the order will be replaced or refunded or any other action that is decided against the complaint/concern/dispute.
